Therefore, particular attention is given to process safety control measures to reduce and control the risk of major incidents.

Our health and safety commitments
Our Health, Safety and Environmental HSE management systems extend across all aspects of our facilities, and ensure we satisfy relevant accreditations and regulatory requirements.
The safety of our team is our highest priority. We maintain rigorous safety protocols across all our facilities, with specialised measures for our manufacturing, laboratory, and warehousing operations. Through continuous training, regular safety audits, and a culture that empowers everyone to prioritise safety, we strive to prevent incidents before they occur.
We are committed to ensuring that all our products are safe when used as directed. From careful formulation and testing to clear labelling and comprehensive safety data sheets, we take every precaution to protect the end users of our products.
We recognise our obligation to minimise our environmental impact. Through responsible formulation, waste management, emissions control, sustainable packaging and ongoing efforts to improve energy efficiency, we work to protect the natural environment for future generations.
Our health and safety management system
The key element of our Health, Safety, and Environmental HSE management system are detailed here:
We systematically identify, assess, and control potential hazards across all our operations, with particular attention to high-risk activities such as chemical handling and manufacturing processes.
All team members receive thorough safety training relevant to their roles, supplemented by regular refresher courses and safety awareness initiatives. We ensure everyone understands their responsibilities and the procedures designed to keep them safe.
We maintain detailed emergency response plans for various scenarios, with regular drills to ensure readiness. Our emergency teams are trained to respond quickly and effectively to minimise potential harm.
We regularly review and enhance our safety systems through internal audits, incident investigations, and proactive identification of improvement opportunities. We benchmark against industry best practices and incorporate new safety innovations as they emerge.
